An award-winning Toronto based filmmaker, Andrew is known for his distinct storytelling style and ability to merge genres, while exploring human relationships, and the absurdities in life. His films have played at, and at times, won at festivals around the world including TIFF, Sundance, Tokyo, Gerardmer, Karlovy Vary and the AFI.

Mary Anne Waterhouse
Producer
A two-time Canadian Screen Award-winning producer, Mary Anne brings over 30 years of experience across all facets of production. From line producing to developing and producing independent films, her career has spanned all types and sizes of productions, from low-budget indies to large-scale studio features such as Elysium. Originally from Vancouver, Mary Anne relocated to Toronto in 2013 while maintaining strong ties to the Vancouver film industry. Notable feature credits include the indie film Kodachrome, Elysium, starring Matt Damon, and Joss Whedon’s Cabin in the Woods. Her TV work includes Stephen King’s Kingdom Hospital, the BET series In Contempt, and Netflix’s Tiny Pretty Things.
Mary Anne has developed and produced numerous independent projects, including the award-winning zombie comedy Fido, starring Carrie Anne Moss and Billy Connolly; The Steps, starring Jason Ritter; and Donovan’s Echo, starring Danny Glover. Her independent TV credits include the CTV movies 100 Days in the Jungle and Elijah, both of which earned her Canadian Screen Awards for Best TV Movie. Her most recent work includes FEAR STREET: Prom Queen 1988 for Netflix and the CBS/Netflix series Glamorous. Her latest project as producer is the feature film,The Invisibles, starring Tim Blake Nelson, Bruce Greenwood, Nathan Alexis, and Gretchen Mol, slated for release in late September 2024.
Her dedication to fostering positive change extends beyond her film work. In 2020, Mary Anne co-founded the Bloor West Food Bank in Toronto, reflecting her deep commitment to supporting her community. Passionate about sustainability, she also plays a key role in greening the film industry, serving on the Ontario Green Screen Board, the CMPA Sustainability Committee, and the DGC Ontario Green Working Group.

Lee Kim
Producer
Lee’s producing career began in 2006 with the feature film This Beautiful City, nominated for four Genies at the 29th Genie Awards in 2009. His second film Small Town Murder Songs, starring Peter Stormare, Martha Plimpton and Jill Hennessy, premiered at TIFF in 2010 and was a prizewinner at the Torino International Film Festival, Whistler Film Festival and Phoenix Film Festival. Other credits include The Conspiracy, released by eOne Films Canada in July 2013; I'll Follow You Down, directed by Richie Mehta starring Haley Joel Osment, Gillian Anderson and Rufus Sewell; Operation Avalanche, premiering at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and released theatrically in the US by Lionsgate in September 2016; Our House, released theatrically by IFC Midnight in 2018; Code 8, starring Robbie Amell, Stephen Amell and Sung Kang, released by Netflix in Spring 2020; and Flashback, starring Dylan O’Brien and Maika Monroe, released by Lionsgate in June 2021; Dual, starring Karen Gillan and Aaron Paul, premiered at Sundance 2022 and was released theatrically by RLJE in May 2022. The film recently won Best Independent Feature Film at the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror (the Saturn Awards) in Oct 2022.
He is currently in production on Svalta, written and starring Nick Frost.

Maya Bankovic, CSC
Cinematographer
Maya Bankovic, is an award-winning Director of Photography with roots in high concept experimental cinema, both in narrative fiction and documentary formats. Much of the work she does strives to play with story structure and visual approach in unique and often poetic ways. Along with The Invisibles, her recent film credits include the upcoming film Ordinary Angels from director Jon Gunn and starring Hilary Swank and Alan Ritchson, and Akilla's Escape from director Charles Officer starring Saul Williams and which won the 2021 Canadian Screen Award for Achievement in Cinematography. Her most recent television work includes the upcoming final season of Star Trek: Discovery, the season one finale of CROSS, and season one of Taylor Sheridan's Mayor Of Kingstown.

Rupert Lazarus
Production Designer
A Canadian Screen Award nominated Production Designer with flexibility and range, Rupert Lazarus believes there is an elegant solution to any design challenge.
Using his creative instincts, he creates a cohesive world through a combination of color, texture, and character back-story.
A graduate from the Chelsea School of Art, Rupert was born and educated in London, England, where he began his career, before moving to Canada.
He’s worked on such diverse projects as Brandon Cronenberg’s Possessor, George Romero’s Diary of the Dead and Jon Cassar’s Danger Beneath the Sea, where his studio-built attack class submarine earned him a Director’s Guild of Canada nomination for Outstanding Production Design.
Not averse to working in far-off or unusual surroundings; the period series Murdoch Mysteries took him to the Arctic Circle, whilst Sudz Sutherland’s feature film Home Again was shot entirely in the Southern Caribbean.
‘I love the challenge of working in new environments. Keeping a close eye on the creative while navigating the inevitable surprises. It’s all part of the collaborative journey.’
Other credits include the NBC pilot Love is Dead, the crime thriller series Eyewitness for USA network, and CBS’s Mayday. And for BET, the fashion, music and celebrity drama Single Ladies, as well as In Contempt, a New York City courtroom drama.
His layered and unconventional design for the CTV series Satisfaction earned him a Canadian Screen Award nomination.

Todor Kobakov
Composer
Todor is an award-winning composer. His credits include Brother starring Lamar Johnson and Aaron Pierre, a film by Clement Virgo for which he received a CSA for best original music, Born To Be Blue, the Chet Baker biopic starring Ethan Hawke, Back Stabbing For Beginners starring Ben Kingsley, the hit series Bitten, Ransom (eOne/Global/CBS), for which he received a CSA nomination, and Cardinal (eOne/CTV), for which he was awarded two CSA's for Best Original Music, Fiction.
He recently finished composing for Caitlin Cronenberg's new film Humane and Andrew Currie's The Invisibles.
Todor is also renowned in the indie and pop music scenes working with Metric, Stars, Feist, Sarah Slean, 070 Shake and more.
