The Canadian Feature Award goes to the “wonderfully whacky, darkly comedic” LAWRENCE & HOLLOMAN.

The jury unanimously chose this film for its original storyline, innovative direction by Matthew Kowalchuk and stellar performances from Ben Cotton and Daniel Arnold. All three (3) of these artists hail from Edmonton! Also awarded is Matthew Kowalchuk for the Rising Star Award: Filmmaking and Ben Cotton receives the Rising Star Award: Acting. LAWRENCE & HOLLOMAN screens on Friday, October 4 @ 6:30pm with an encore on Saturday, October 5 @ noon.
