Andrew completed SFU’s film program and the CFC Director’s residency. He directed the critically acclaimed/award-winning drama MILE ZERO, co-wrote and directed the zombie/satire, FIDO (2006) (Carrie Anne Moss, Billy Connolly), world premiere TIFF (2006), Sundance Film Festival (2007) and directed/produced the comedy/drama THE STEPS (James Brolin, Christine Lahti, Jason Ritter, Emmanuelle Chriqui) world premiere TIFF (2015) Closing Gala 2016 Miami International Film Festival.
He produced The Delicate Art of Parking (1993), and executive produced LAWRENCE & HOLLOMAN (2013), and INDIAN ROAD TRIP (2020). He is currently developing the TV series THE SIX at Peacock Alley, with co-creator Mike Rinaldi, and AT THE END OF THE WORLD a new feature, with co-writer Renaltta Arluk, and set to direct his new feature film, THE INVISIBLES in fall of 2021, starring Tim Blake Nelson (O Brother Where Art Thou?, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, Watchmen) Lucy Liu (Chicago, Kill Bill Vol 1, Charlie’s Angels), and Nathan Alexis (Indian Horse, Trickster, Indian Road Trip).

Mary Anne is a two-time Canadian Screen Awards winning producer, with a resume that includes over 75 film and TV productions. Her most recent projects are line producing the Netflix series, Tiny Pretty Things, the upcoming Netflix Family Feature NIGHTBOOKS, made entirely during the COVID pandemic, and 13: The Musical which is now in production (yes, still in Covid…), which will air on Netflix next year. Previously, Mary Anne ran production on Neill Blomkamp’s Elysium, starring Matt Damon and Jody Foster; and Joss Whedon’s horror parody Cabin in the Woods. She also produced Donovan’s Echo starring Danny Glover and Bruce Greenwood, The Thaw starring Val Kilmer, and the Lionsgate award-winning zombie comedy Fido. Directed and co-written by Andrew Currie and starring Carrie-Anne Moss, Billy Connolly, Dylan Baker, and Tim Blake Nelson. Mary Anne is currently EVP of content production at Peacock Alley Entertainment (Travelers, Tiny Pretty Things, New Eden).
